Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Honey, HYVE Labs' private business-development and client-management workspace. Honey is provided for authorised business use only and is not a public service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Honey you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Honey on behalf of HYVE Labs, or accept a Gmail-only connection invitation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. Authorised access
Access is limited to individuals authorised by HYVE Labs. Accounts are personal to the user they are issued to and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and passkeys, authenticator, recovery codes, and devices secure, and for all activity under your account. A Gmail-only connection invitation grants mailbox consent only; it does not create a Honey account or allow the recipient to sign in.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Honey only for legitimate HYVE Labs business-development and related business purposes.
- Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours, or to disrupt or probe the service.
- Do not upload unlawful content or use Honey in breach of any applicable law or third-party right.
- Connect only Google or Gmail accounts you are authorised to use.
4. Client data and ownership
Lead data, client information, and business content processed in Honey belong to HYVE Labs and, where applicable, the clients it concerns. HYVE Labs processes this data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Honey software, design, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of HYVE Labs.
5. Human control
Honey assists the BD team; it does not replace professional judgement. Extracted fields, drafts, briefs, and exports are provided for review and must be checked by an authorised user before being relied upon, sent, or shared. Nothing is sent to a client or exported without an explicit human action.
6. Availability
Honey is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
7. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Honey is provided without warranties of any kind, and HYVE Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Client engagements with HYVE Labs are governed by their own agreements, which prevail in the event of conflict.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or revoke access that breaches these terms or for which HYVE Labs withdraws authorisation. You may stop using Honey at any time and request account removal.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the latest version is published on this page.
